“Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.” — Proverbs 3:7–8
Don’t only read the Bible; let its promises fill your heart and mind. As you meditate on His word, God strengthens you to face life’s challenges with faith. And when you pray, believe that you have received what you ask, trusting Him to fulfill His word in His perfect way.
Allow the Lord to perfect you. His word is a well of wisdom, comfort, and life. Let it dwell in you richly until it shapes your thoughts, your actions, and your character. As His word rises within you, it brings strength, peace, and deep joy in His love. Additionally, trusting in God’s promises provides the encouragement we need to hold fast to our faith daily.
Lord, help me to trust what You have said more than what I see or feel. Root my heart in Your promises, strengthen my faith in every trial, and teach me to rest in the certainty of Your unfailing word. Amen.

Your comments pertaining to “What God Said” was OUTSTANDING! Scripture has supported this innate power of our words chronologically since the creation era in Genesis and throughout the NT. For instance, in the first six days of Creation, A SPIRITUAL OBSERVATION- Everything God created, before He did, Scripture records these words, “And God Said.”(Let there be light…and there was light). Who was He talking to? Might I suggest, He may have been revealing a spiritual power as an example for us (man who was made in His own image) to follow. Additionally, did you ever notice how Scripture teaches us how faith comes by hearing and hearing…”So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”(Romans 10:17). What is it that this passage does not say? This passage does not say faith comes by having heard or that you must hear it from your pastor. It is a statement of continuation. Remember the letter that Paul wrote to the Corinthians; “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase”(1 Corinthians 3:6). Finally, there is this passage from the Psalm writer. “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”(Proverbs 18:21). Thank you for sharing!
